Using the Bouncy Castle AI support agent

The Bouncy Castle team has developed an AI agent to provide customer support and code examples for the Bouncy Castle APIs. The agent uses existing Bouncy Castle user guide, code examples, and documentation to analyze and respond to user requests. Any code samples that are generated by the agent are validated to compile against the appropriate runtimes.

Using the agent

The agent is available as part of the https://portal.az.keyfactorsaas.com/portal. Once your organization has been provided access to a Bouncy Castle deployment, the tile will appear in your organizations deployment list.

Select the Bouncy Castle deployment to access the agent main page. Here you have industry standard options for interacting with the agent, including:

• Create a new chat

• See recent chats

To begin, ask a question in the main text box. The agent will find relevant sources and search a variety of documents about the Bouncy Castle API. 

Any code generated to support the inquiry will be complied and verified before being displayed to the user with supporting contextual information.

To provide feedback on a particular response, click on the Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down icon under the response. Enter your feedback, and then click Send. Any input you provide will help us to improve the tool.
