The Keyfactor Support Portal has a fresh new look designed to align with Keyfactor’s updated brand experience.
While the portal looks different, the resources and tools you already use are still available in familiar locations. The refresh also introduces several usability improvements to help you find information and manage your support requests more quickly.
What’s the same
You can still use the Support Portal to:
- Search for knowledge base articles, product documentation, and other resources
- Open a new support request
- View and manage your existing requests
- Access your profile and team pages
- Connect with Keyfactor Support
- Browse the Knowledge Hub by product
- Submit feedback about the portal or its content
The Submit a Request option remains available throughout the portal, so you can start a new request from any page.
What’s new
Find common topics faster
The Support Portal now displays the three most popular search terms directly below the main search bar.
These shortcuts highlight topics users are searching for most often.
To view results for one of these topics, simply select the search term.
View active and historical requests separately
The My Requests page has been reorganized to make open requests easier to find.
Your requests are now separated into:
- Active requests — Requests that are still open
- Request history — Previous requests that are no longer active
This makes it easier to quickly identify requests that may still require your attention.
Access quick actions in the new request toolbar
When you open an individual support request, you’ll now see a toolbar with quick access to common actions.
From the toolbar, you can:
- Return to your list of requests
- Jump to the latest comment
- Add a comment
- Escalate the request
These options are available directly from the request page, so you can manage your case without needing to navigate the entire conversation.
Explore your updated profile
The profile page has also been redesigned to give you a clearer overview of your Support Portal activity.
From your profile, you can quickly access:
- Your requests
- Requests you’re copied on
- Your Support Portal activity
You can also view information about your participation in the portal, including votes you’ve cast, comments you’ve left, and your contribution activity.
Submit feedback
As always, if you find something in the Support Portal that is inaccurate, unclear, broken, or missing, you can use the Submit Feedback option on any page to let us know.
Your feedback helps us continue improving the Support Portal and the resources available within it.
Enjoy the new Support Portal experience!
