A significant upgrade is coming to how Keyfactor customers access license files and share information with Keyfactor teams.
The existing FTP server at transfer.keyfactor.com has provided customers with reliable access to license files and a secure method for transferring information to Professional Services (PS) and Support teams.
To deliver an improved experience, this service is being deprecated on February 13th, and transitioned to the new Keyfactor Customer Portal.
What's changing
The Keyfactor Customer Portal will eventually become the central destination for accessing license files and product downloads across all of Keyfactor's products. This new portal provides a more modern, secure, and streamlined experience for managing Keyfactor resources—all in one place.
What you need to do
By February 13th, customers who do not already have a Customer Portal account will receive an email from Keyfactor sent to their primary contact granting access to the new portal. Customers with existing Portal accounts do not need to take any action and will see new links for “Files Transfers” in the Organizations area of the Portal.
Invitations will be received from the az.keyfactorsaas.com domain.
Initially, the Customer Portal will be the destination for license files for Keyfactor Command and for transferring files to Keyfactor’s Support and PS teams.
If you want to add additional users to the Portal, Portal Administrators can do that following these steps: Add a new Portal Organization user.
Looking ahead
Over time, the Customer Portal will expand to include license files and product downloads for the full Keyfactor product portfolio.
For any questions about this transition, please reach out to your Success Manager or the Support Team at support.keyfactor.com.
